Enjoying an ideal location down a quiet lane this very comfortable cottage one of a pair is just 5 minutes' walk from shops ice cream parlours cafés and famous whelk stall of the bustling harbour at Wells-next-the-Sea. From the harbour a small narrow guage railway carries passengers 1 mile to and from a wide sandy beach whilst restaurants and pubs are only a short walk. Light railway trips to Walsingham Holkham Hall bird reserves and seal watching boat trips are all nearby. Hunstanton and Norwich are easily accessible.

"I would recommend this holiday as it's an excellent base for the entire North Norfolk coast. There is much to see and do in Wells and the carnival was an added bonus in early August. "
