The process to Claim Your Listing is done by simply clicking on the claim icon of the Business Listing itself, once claimed you will then receive e-mail notification of all new Business Partner Reviews once they have been moderated.

The great benefit of Claiming your Listing is that you will gather a deeper insight in to how the users perceive your business and you will be able to see the scores for each criteria and not just the average.
