"We stayed over New Year with our family. The owners were charming and friendly but not intrusive at all, and had made the cottage welcoming with a Christmas tree, decorations and even crackers for us to use. Remember how cold it was? We were warm and snug in this lovely cottage, and the log burner added that extra something. It has wi-fi and the equipment level is excellent, also plenty of childrens and adult games, DVD's and video's to use. In the barn the gym was well equipped, and outside the hot tub was that touch of luxury to enjoy even with the cold temperatures."

"Exceptional quality. Far exceeds any other cottage we have stayed in. "

"Very good place for a relaxing break."

"We had a great break at the Manor Cottage - a lovely house in a nice location and we look forward to our next stay there. Well worth doing the bike ride to Lincoln, although 9 miles (18 return), it is flat and there is a village half way to stop for a drink."
Mr B, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, 11th Sep 2009

"A chilled out holiday, nice bike rides right on the doorstep followed by the hot tub in the lovely gardens."
