"The cottage is perfectly placed for all the facilities in the town and surrounding areas. Being on a quite steep hill was a bit difficult with the children but they seemed to cope with it ok and it meant the views from the cottage were lovely. Very good base for an enjoyable holiday."
Mrs W, Stroud, 1st Aug 2009

"Only a short distance from town centre. Great base to explore further afield i.e. Scottish Borders and Edinburgh "
Mrs T, Lasswade, 17th Oct 2008

"Excellent location for family holiday. plenty to do both in the immediate area and further afield. had mixed weather but always found something fun for children and us to do. "
Mrs W, Stroud, 24th May 2008
