Infact better in 'real life' thank in the brochure! We met up with one of the owners, and he was friendly and genuinely interested in our feedback re the accommodation. The accommodation was delightful, warm, airey and had all the essentials we needed. "
Miss W, WIRRAL, Merseyside, 12th Oct 2009

"Highly recommended in every way."
Miss H, COVENTRY, 5th Oct 2009

"The cottage was delightful, cosy, quaint and comfortable, just right for the three of us (dog included). During our stay we visited the RADAR museum, they have an open air dog run which the dog can stay in or they will 'supervise' your dog in your car while you visit. We also visited Caister Castle, dogs are permitted in the grounds on a lead, but not in the car collection - a great place for a picnic. The Bure Valley Railway 'boat train' was great fun for us all, well behaved dogs are very welcome. Finally dinner at the greyhound, with dog - a welcome treat. We really enjoyed our stay at the Grove Farm Barns, and would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfy break with their dog. "
Mrs P, Bicester, Oxfordshire, 20th Jul 2009

"Great location to explore the Broads and surrounding coast, yet quiet to come 'home' to. "

This time the weather was kind to us and the children and adults had a great time in the pool."
Mrs T, NORMANTON, 23rd May 2009

"We had a very relaxing holiday and it was well worth every penny. Good value for money and the accommodation was fantastic and much better than we expected - thank you."
Miss M, Southampton, Hampshire, 13th Feb 2009

"This is a wonderful place to stay the cottages are really well equipped. Travelling with a baby we really appreciated the high chair, proper cot and not a travel cot and the stair gate. The play area is excellent if you've a young family. "

I bet the garden is good in the summer. The cottage next to us was selling fresh produce from their allotment so there was never a shortage of fresh vegetables. And the location made access easy to any towns where we might need more. 10 minutes up the road was a farm shop with an excellent selection. It had everything you needed for a great get-away."
Mr S, ST. ALBANS, Hertfordshire, 28th Dec 2009

"A lovely cared for cottage, with lots of extra little touches that makes it feel a bit more special than the rest. A pretty little courtyard, sheltered from the wind, where you can sit with your glass of wine and relax. We will definitely return."
Ms W, FELIXSTOWE, 7th Sep 2009

"The location of the property is ideal, being in a very pretty village, just a minute from the local pub, and a few minutes from the long, sandy beach. "
Mr. B, Coventry, West Midlands, 4th Sep 2009

"Perfect place for a break. Quiet, private garden, clean and comfortable, luxury bath, lots of big fluffy towels, a lovely welcome pack complete with wine, beach really was as close as the website said, 2 mins and your toes were in the sand! Marvellous beach, went on forever in both directions. Loved the cafe too, great home made cakes. All in all a very relaxing break!"
Mr C, BRACKLEY, Northamptonshire, 31st Aug 2009

"April Cottage is a quaint cottage, beautifully furnished and equipped, in a really lovely spot. The village is very picturesque, the beach is probably the best I've been on in the UK, and there were plenty of places to visit and things to do in the vicinity. We are already thinking about booking for next year!"
