Listening to the water running from the river, and the site was lovely and quiet when we went on the October holidays. Ideal for visiting Fort William and walking up Ben Nevis, going up Gondola at the Ben Nevis range. The lodge was very, very well kept and very clean indeed. Very warm and cosy inside and furniture was very nice, my kids especially liked sleeping in the bunk beds.
