If you want entertainment and party, then this isn’t the place for you. If you want a quiet peaceful time in lovely surroundings, then this surely is the place to choose. Elm Lodge is not just a one bedroom lodge, it’s a beautiful and amazingly spacious one bedroom lodge. The place was immaculate, thoughtfully furnished with everything you could possibly need. King sized bed, a double spa bath, skylights to greet the morning light and a huge veranda with a small pond right outside. Excellent quality all round. Many villages and towns nearby to visit by car, and a walkers paradise where you’ll be spoilt for choice. A very warm welcome from the owner who was there to help with anything you might need during the stay. It was perfect. Thankyou.

"We don't really have any tips because we didn't go anywhere other than Scarborough and Brid as they weren't far away. When we arrived we were amazed at the quality of the log cabin - it was HUGE!!!! Granted it did sleep 8 and there were only 2 of us but even if a few couples went together it still would be big enough. One thing that my boyfriend was a bit giddy about was the doors and drawers in the kitchen as they were those slow closing types that close themselves when almost closed (the toilet seats did it too - he's easily pleased)! The hot tub was so nice to just relax in, and it was lovely and warm and we found ourselves getting out and still being really warm even though it was near freezing temperatures. The bath inside was so big, it was the first time in years my boyfriend was able to lie down in a bath as he is 6ft 4". Inside, the log cabin was always warm and the central heating wasn't always neccessary. It was lovely and cosy and the bed was really comfy too. We would certainly go again and we will recommend it to all of our friends and family - thanks for a lovely weekend away!"
Miss C, SHIPLEY, West Yorkshire, 11th Dec 2009

"The accommodation was first class, and the park was clean and well laid out. For peace and quiet it was an ideal location and gave the opportunity for batteries to be recharged. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Me and my wife have just returned from a midweek break at the Lindale Holiday Park. This was our first stay at a holiday lodge and I must say that we were really impressed. We booked the Lindale Pine Lodge with a outside hot tub, the lodge itself was in first class condition when we arrived, it was like brand new even though it was nearly 3 years old. The furnishings were of a really good quality, and they must have spent hours cleaning because there was not a speck of dust anywere. We booked at the Lindale Holiday Park because we wanted to be secluded and the park fitted the bill in everyway. I would just like to thank the owner Trevor and his wife for a great stay!"
Mr S, GRIMSBY, South Humberside, 30th Nov 2009

"A fantastic, high quality lodge which was sparkling clean. Very warm welcoming, and we were given lots of helpful tips of where to visit locally. We will definitely return to Lindale Park in the future."
Mrs R, TRING, Hertfordshire, 20th Nov 2009

"If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, then this is it. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the hot tub was fantastic and a very welcome feature when returning from a long walk in the wind and rain."
Mr R, NUNEATON, Warwickshire, 20th Nov 2009

"A beautiful park set in a peaceful area, the cabin was immaculate and very comfortable - a home away from home and we loved the hot tub!! A great, peaceful break and we will definitely be back - thanks!"
Mrs B, ARDROSSAN, Ayrshire, 16th Nov 2009

"The booking process was simple and efficient. The information sent was comprehensive and complete. The park lived up to all our expectations. A truly good overall holiday experience."

"1ST CLASS! Oh my god, you must stay at these lodges. What can I say, fabulous, relaxing, ultra modern, spacious, clean and everything you need is there so there is no need to even leave the lodge. I have just returned from a 3 night stay with my mum, sisters and 4 of my friends, we stayed in the York lodge and if you do what we did and take plenty of food and drink you won't have to leave the gorgeous lodge. We had a wonderful time and pampered ourselves, drank wine, ate chocolates and sat in the hot tub. The staff at the golf club are wonderful and will help you any way they can. This is a first class place and we are definitely returning as soon as we can - thank you."
Mrs H, WAKEFIELD, West Yorkshire, 15th Jan 2010

"We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at KP Lodges. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the bar/restaurant was very nicely decorated and modern. The lodges were very high standard and very spacious. We had a York lodge for 8 people and the living space was more than ample for all of us. I could not recommend this accommodation more highly, excellent, and we will definitely be booking again for next year!"
